DIRECTIONS: Wash and thoroughly dry area onto which More Skin hydrogel pad is to be applied. Remove one side of plastic film and place exposed side of More Skin hydrogel pad to desired area. Remaining plastic film may be removed if breathability is desired. Secure with tape or bandage. Place unused portion of More Skin® hydrogel pad in the convenient reusable pouch
