Orders FAQs
Where is my confirmation email?
You should receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please remember to check your Junk and Spam folders.
You can also find your orders on the My Account page on our website. Then click into Orders, Saved Carts & Quotes to view your order history.
Where is my invoice?
You will receive your invoice email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You can also find your invoices on the My Account page on our website. Then click into Account Summary to view your invoices.
Alternatively, you may call our friendly customer service team on 1300 303 755 to pay an invoice.
Can I change my order?
If you wish to make a change to your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible, as once your order has been dispatched we will be unable to make any changes.
Please keep in mind we dispatch orders regularly through the day so changes are not guaranteed.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order and have not yet paid, you may contact us to cancel the order. Once an order has been paid for and/or has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order and you will need to organise a Return with our customer service team.
Can I get a proforma invoice?
Yes. You may contact us with the Order Number and we can send you a proforma invoice.
