Delivery FAQs

How much is delivery?

Freight cost is $11.50 +GST. Deliver is Free on orders above $300. We do not offer an Express Shipping option. All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number provided in your Order Invoice that you receive when your order is dispatched. You can also find the tracking number on the Account Summary page on our website.

My order is missing/I did not receive my entire order?

Please Contact Us immediately if you believe your order has not been delivered during the delivery window.

If you have only received part of your order please allow up to 3 days for the remaining items to be delivered as they may have been sent from a different warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Please Contact Us immediately if you provided the incorrect address.
